What are the responsibilities and job description for the TRANSPORTATION STAFF - TRANSP STAFF position at The Children's Center of Hamden Inc?
Position Summary :
The QPC is a community based service, using a parent empowerment model, serving DCF involved families who have had their children removed and placed in foster or kinship care, using a supervision visitation model. The Transport Staff will be responsible for providing transportation for youth and their families required for all scheduled appointments related to the QPC program. Transport Staff will participate in all trainings mandated by DCF and the Children's Center for the QPC model.
Hours / Schedule :
37.5 hours per week with core hours being 12 : 00pm-8 : 00pm with flexibility conducive to the program and the needs of the families served. Days off for this position are to be determined.
