Job Overview
The Intake Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of
programming and procedural standards and corrective action plans to achieve
compliance with funding requirements. The Intake Manager plays a key role in the
organization/ program as they are the bridge that connects the providers and the
frontline staff members. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Intake Manager has the primary responsibility to oversee all aspects of the intake department for Clinical, funding sources, capacity, assessments, and access to care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):
- Collaborate with other departments or agencies to ensure seamless service
delivery.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations when handling
sensitive information.
- Responsible for quality checks and balances. Works alongside the Quality
Assurance Coordinator to adhere to the agency’s Quality Assurance Plan.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, or case conferences to enhance knowledge and
skills.
- Ensures financial eligibility of all clients and reports any ineligibilities to the
Program Manager.
- Conduct follow-up on all inquiries which have not yet been converted to
admissions.
- Works with the Intake team to ensure consistent, effective admissions, discharge,
and transfers.
- Maintains statistics indicating customer flow, pending and lost inquiries, denials,
and discharges.
- Assist with front desk coverage.
- Direct liaison for School Based providers.
- Records and maintains outcome measure data for internal programs.
- Delegate tasks to staff effectively to ensure the timeliness of projects and
deadlines.
- Maintains updated programmatic forms, policies, and procedures on the Drive.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the allocated program(s).
- Assists with hiring practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Administration, or related field.
- Familiar with Social Services.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate level PC skills required, including a working knowledge of word
processing, spreadsheet, excel, and graphics programs.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
