Summary

Join our dynamic team as a HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR (HR Admin)! You will play a vital role in driving key human resources functions, such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, payroll, comprehensive audits and projects, and maintenance of employee training/development records and personnel files. This is an exciting position that offers great visibility and demands top-notch professionalism. You'll report to the HR Director and work in a vibrant office environment. This is a full-time position with minimal physical demand, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

Responsibilities

1. Ensure completion of all HR-related assignments and projects.

2. Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and appreciation.

3. Administer the recruitment process, maintain internal and external job postings, source for candidates, collect and distribute resumes, and schedule interviews.

4. Facilitate new hire orientation sessions.

5. Maintain the HR email box and phone line.

6. Address employee queries or complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally or route them to the appropriate channels.

7. Maintain the company's HCM database, oversee data entry, and generate reports.

8. Support benefits administration and open enrollment.

9. Update new hire information and manage changes in employment status.

10. Handle employee records and files.

11. Stay updated on the latest HR laws and best practices.

12. Review and audit Form I-9s and complete I-9 re-verifications.

13. Complete ad hoc and other tasks as assigned by HR and organizational leadership.

14. Possess a typing speed of 55 words per minute.

15. Uphold the company's mission by integrating the company culture and values.

- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.

- Possess extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Capable of operating general office equipment.

- Display exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Embrace diversity and build a rapport with individuals from various backgrounds.

 

Requirements

· Minimum Associate’s Degree or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· 1-3 years of Human Resources, Administrative Assistance, or related experience.

· MS Office Suite or 365

· ADP Workforce Now
