Summary
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator (HR Admin) to join our team. The HR Admin will play a key role in supporting various human resources functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, payroll, onboarding, and offboarding processes, conducting comprehensive audits and projects, and managing employee training and development records and personnel files. This position requires a high level of professionalism and involves substantial visibility within the organization. It is a full-time role based in an office setting, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The HR Admin will report directly to the HR Director.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure completion of all HR-related assignments and projects.
2. Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and appreciation.
3. Administer the recruitment process, maintain internal and external job postings, source for candidates, collect and distribute resumes, and schedule interviews.
4. Facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
5. Maintain the HR email box and phone line.
6. Address employee queries or complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally or route them to the appropriate channels.
7. Maintain the company's HCM database, oversee data entry, and generate reports.
8. Support benefits administration and open enrollment.
9. Update new hire information and manage changes in employment status.
10. Handle employee records and files.
11. Stay updated on the latest HR laws and best practices.
12. Review and audit Form I-9s and complete I-9 re-verifications.
13. Complete ad hoc and other tasks as assigned by HR and organizational leadership.
14. Possess a typing speed of 55 words per minute.
15. Uphold the company's mission by integrating the company culture and values.

Requirements
· Minimum Associate’s Degree or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 1-3 years of Human Resources, Administrative Assistance, or related experience.
· MS Office Suite or 365
· ADP Workforce Now
