Our innovative program provides shortterm therapeutic interventions right in the comfort of our clients homes and communities making it a truly impactful experience for everyone involved.
Why Home Based Crisis Intervention
Our unique approach connects clients youth ages 520 with essential mental health medical educational and social resources ensuring they have the support they need to thrive. With small caseloads our dedicated team delivers personalized intensive services over approximately six weeks focusing on each child s strengths and unique needs.
Position Summary
As the HBCI Director you ll be at the forefront of this transformative work leading a team of four talented interventionists. You ll guide them in delivering crucial support to families in crisis helping to create stability and resilience within their homes. Using evidencebased practices we work collaboratively to provide strengthbased interventions and case management services including referrals to longerterm support.
We believe in delivering services where families feel most comfortable whether that s in their homes or community settings. Together we can foster resilience and wellbeing for youth and their families!
Responsibilities
- Directly oversee HBCI program staff and support their coaching and growth.
- Provide clinical direction to HBCI staff on individual cases to support the best outcomes.
- Conduct regular oneonone supervision and lead engaging weekly team meetings.
- Manage the daytoday operations of the HBCI program staff ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Ensure our services meet all contractual and regulatory standards delivering excellence in service delivery and documentation.
- Monitor and assess program activities to ensure quality and effectiveness always striving for improvement.
