Are you someone who is passionate about the mental health needs of children? Do you want to be part of a new and innovative program in the Tompkins and Tioga County area? The Children's Home is seeking a passionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to become part of our new Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program! Limited permit are eligible to apply!
The Youth ACT Program utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to serve children between the ages of 10-21 years old with mental health needs. This youth focused and family driven approach empowers children/youth to thrive at home, in school, and within their communities.
What You Can Expect:
- Engagement: Work with youth and families in their homes and communities.
- Team Approach: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Your Role:
- You will lead services for clients and families, including: Child and Family-Centered Assessments and Service Plans
- Non-traditional individual and family therapy in the home/community
- Skill Development
- Stabilization Support for Youth and Families

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited college or university accompanied by appropriate license required.
- Licensed include, but are but are not limited to: Psychologists, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCAT.
- MSWs with their Limited Permit are eligible to apply
- Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain insurance throughout employment required.
