Position Summary: The Children's Home is seeking passionate Licensed Mental Health Professionals to become part of our Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program in Tioga-Tompkins County, NY.
The Youth ACT Program utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to serve children between the ages of 10-21 years old with mental health needs. This youth focused and family driven approach empowers children/youth to thrive at home, in school, and within their communities.
Responsibilities:
- You will lead services for clients and families, including: Child and Family-Centered Assessments and Service Plans
- Non-traditional individual and family therapy in the home/community
- Skill Development
- Stabilization Support for Youth and Families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Education:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
- Limited Permit, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist
- Supervision available for candidates operating with a Limited Permit.
Experience:
- Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment required.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
