The Children's Home is seeking passionate Licensed Mental Health Professionals to become part of our NEW Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program! The Youth ACT Program utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to serve children between the ages of 10-21 years old with mental health needs. This youth focused and family driven approach empowers children / youth to thrive at home, in school, and within their communities.
Responsibilities :
- You will lead services for clients and families, including : Child and Family-Centered Assessments and Service Plans
- Non-traditional individual and family therapy in the home / community
- Skill Development
- Stabilization Support for Youth and Families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
