Job Summary :
The Analyst will provide financial forecasting, business planning, and general accounting support to the FP&A and Real Estate Analytics leadership while working in a high paced environment. This position will produce and provide financial analyses to internal clients and management.
The analyst will also support the real estate decision making process through in-depth financial analysis and investment recommendations, sales & expense forecasting, and real estate analytics, in partnership with various corporate functions.
Responsibilities :
Key Accountabilities :
- Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly models that assemble financial forecast for the stores and real estate, and sync that information with the financial planning system
- Prepare month-end and quarter-end entries, financial reporting & GL analysis as needed
- Extract and report KPI for Stores and Real Estate deals
- Maintain supplier / partner database, plan for expenditures, and track payment history and metrics
- Assist with the development of a LRP and in the annual Budget process
- Support real estate specific or company strategic initiatives such as long rang plan, open-to-buy, and customer experience
- Work with Real Estate Managers to create Deal sheets and lease analytics for management evaluations.
- Provide spatial analysis and support RE analytics including demographics, sales distribution, trade area analysis, etc.
- Partner with cross functional teams
- Test and suggest new reports in response to current business issues and execute the necessary changes to implement
- Complete special projects and analysis as needed
