About the Role:
This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with product safety standards and regulations across all TCP brands. The successful candidate will oversee Product Safety Reviews, manage Product Safety Manual updates, and coordinate with Sourcing Leadership and Legal counsel on internal investigations.
Responsibilities:
- Issue Product Safety Penalty Chargebacks with Legal Letter
- Create Product Safety Leadership Deck for Sourcing and Legal Counsel
- Manage Product Safety Manual correspondence and updates relationship with nominated labs
A bachelor's degree in a related field (clothing and textiles or engineering) and 7-10 years of job experience in a related field are required. Managerial experience in a related field or e-commerce is also preferred.
