POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position performs data entry of information to maintain database(s) through custom software and is responsible for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data. This position also provides administrative support to program staff, prepares critical incident reports, and provides QI statistical data and analysis assistance. (Bilingual English/Spanish required)
Responsibilities:

Perform data entry using word processing, spreadsheets, and/or custom database programs to ensure accurate information tracking.

Compile, prepare, and distribute data reports, including graphical exhibits for presentations and agendas, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in data, verify accuracy, and advise supervisors of any issues, ensuring data integrity is maintained.

Coordinate communication with department staff to recommend process improvements and ensure high standards for data collection, entry, and retrieval.

Provide administrative support to staff, supervisors, and committees by documenting minutes and compiling statistical reports and analysis.

Assist with office functions, including scheduling appointments, handling paper referrals, maintaining inventory, and providing relief support for Front Desk and Office Coordinators.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of three years data entry support experience

Formal education/training in computer science preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Valid Florida’s driver’s license is required
