As the Executive Chocolatier/Pastry Chef, you will lead a talented team, collaborate and develop new and seasonal products, oversee all aspects of production, from planning to execution, and help further our brand.

- Lead, manage, and actively participate in all aspects of production
- Maintain the highest quality standards for current products while developing and implementing new recipes
- Drive operational efficiency and profitability through strategic planning and implementation
- Execute cost-saving strategies to optimize food costs and minimize waste
- Responsible for efficient purchasing and inventory management
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback for professional development, scheduling, and conducting biannual performance and improvement plans
- Recruit, hire, and further develop production team
- Ensuring adherence to all safety, sanitation, and health standards
Ideal Candidate Must Have The Following Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of chocolate/pastry experience
- Minimum of two years Management Experience as an Executive Pastry or Pastry Sous Chef
- Strong knowledge of chocolate and pastry methods and techniques
- Possess a good written and verbal command of the English Language
- A pleasant and outgoing personality with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Proficiency in standard computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite & POS Inventory Functionality )
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Thrives in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work flexible schedule to accommodate business demands
- NYC Food Protection Certificate
