Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all items are returned to their designated places.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and helping in the kitchen during peak hours.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized workflow and support overall kitchen operations.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
