Job Description
The Human Resources Operations Supervisor (HROS) leads a team of HR professionals to support execution of HR initiatives that align with the organization's business objectives. This position is responsible for the HR operations function as it relates to the team member life cycle, including but not limited to - HR process management, compliance management, process improvement, talent management and workforce reporting. The HROS partners with the HR Business Partner team to deliver a value-added service to The Christ Hosptial Health Network (TCHHN) team members and leaders.
Responsibilities
- Partners with HR leadership team on the planning and execution of HR initiatives that align with the organization's business objectives
- Works with HR Business Partner team to execute activities that impact retention, engagement, and enhance the team member experience
- Consistently creates a customer-centered service model for inquiring team members regarding HR related items
- Serves as project lead for various HR initiatives
- Leads a team of HR professionals responsible for various HR operations initiatives
- Coaches and develops team members to ensure high performance levels, exceptional customer service and process accuracy
- Develops, implements and maintains all HR operations processes and procedures and ensures alignment with overall HR strategy
- Continuously identifies and resolves process improvement opportunities by partnering with internal HR partners and appropriate lines of business
- Oversees HR compliance management for Joint Commission and all pre-employment requirements
- Has working knowledge of legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources functions and assists in ensuring policies and procedures are in compliance
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s Degree required
Required Experience : 3 years of HR operations experience with demonstrated success in process improvement and operational efficiency, 2 years people leadership experience
Required Skills and Knowledge : Strong leadership and team management skills; Advanced technical skills, advanced proficiency level with MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, listening; Must act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality; Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; Ability to anticipate needs and problem solve; Excellent conflict resolution skills; Advanced time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines; Exceptional customer service, follow up skills and attention to detail; Advanced technical skills, advanced proficiency level with MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
