- Bible or Theology degree at undergrad level or higher preferred
- Credentialed by The Christian & Missionary Alliance or working towards it
- 5-10 years of ministry experience desired with one tenure of at least 5 years in length
- Senior pastor experience preferred
- Experience with building a new facility is preferred but not required.
- Bible-based, relatable, diverse preaching style with a leaning towards teaching & expository
- A demonstrated lifestyle of prayer and reliance on the Lord
- Team-Oriented
- Teamwork focused
- Ability to delegate and manage various personality styles
- Ability to train and empower others
- Equipping the body
- Evangelism
- A heart for the lost
- Connects with others
- Relates well to others in one on one, small group, & large group settings
- Able to work through conflict in a Biblical & God-honoring manner

- Visionary – The ability to build towards the future

- Spiritual depth – The ability to integrate God’s love in daily living
- Problem solving – The ability to find wise solutions
- Preferably married with children, but not a requirement
- Wife who is willing to participate in church life; free to use her gifts and abilities as she believes God is leading her
- We prefer someone 35-50 years of age
