Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing front desk operations effectively.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication purposes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Excellent clerical skills with a keen eye for proofreading and detail-oriented work.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
