The FP&A Assistant will support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at BYU-Pathway Worldwide, assisting with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. This position offers hands-on experience in financial planning while providing opportunities to develop analytical and professional skills. This is a part-time, hybrid position requiring physical attendance at the BYU-Pathway Worldwide headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, 3-5 days per week.

Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Assist in financial analytics and data reconciliation.
- Create reports for the monthly financial reporting package.
- Support financial modeling and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- Help analyze budget requests and track expenses.
- Coordinate the collection and organization of budget-related data.
- Assist in preparing presentations for key financial meetings and take meeting notes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Eligibility
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a current degree-seeking student at one of the following CES institutions:
- BYU-Pathway Worldwide
- Ensign College
- BYU-Idaho
- Brigham Young University
- BYU-Hawaii (while physically residing in Utah)
- Must reside in Utah and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Students on an F-1 or J-1 visa must be enrolled at Ensign College.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Interest in financial planning, budgeting, or data analysis.
