The requirements for this position would most typically be met with a high school diploma or equivalent. To be considered for and to serve in this position, candidates must be current PathwayConnect, Ensign, BYU, or BYU-Idaho online students. Missionary Services employees are detail oriented and thorough in their work. Clear communication and adherence to policies is a vital part of the work.

Responsibilities
Missionary Support Representative is expected to
- Resolve missionary questions
- Provide basic technical support for all missionaries (computer support/computer hints)
- Escalate support issues to other BYU-Pathway departments and systems administrators as needed
- Assist in supporting and providing feedback of BYU-Pathway systems
- Work closely with BYU-Pathway Support to ensure missionaries and students receive excellent customer support and case-status notifications
- Provide excellent customer support service
- Assist in providing software access/licensing administration for missionaries (i.e., Microsoft, Zoom, PowerBI, Anthology, and other system tools)
- Promote in-area missionary support structure (service missionary questions would normally go through their organization first: Lead missionary > District Leader > Zone Leader > Area Coordination Missionary & area manager > Missionary Support)
- Build and strengthen meaningful relationships with all Church employees and leaders
- Assist in identifying ways to improve overall missionary experience at all levels
- Other duties as assigned
