Student Services Representatives are responsible for providing excellent support to BYU-Pathway Worldwide students through a variety of communication mediums.
Work Schedule: This position is remote. Remote positions are available for applicants located in Utah or Idaho. Employees are scheduled for specific shifts in coordination with employee availability and staffing needs.

- Additional hours may be available and needed during peak service times, such as the beginning of new semesters. Student Service Representatives may sometimes work up to 40 hours based on the employer’s discretion.

Responsibilities
- (50%) Student Interactions: Student Services Representatives assist BYU-Pathway Worldwide students with various needs. This is accomplished by using technical skills for inbound and outbound support. With all these positions, we use mediums of email, phone, and video calls. Employees will use critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills to respond to student inquiries. Having a highly developed ability to verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner is vital. Casework represents a large majority of the employee’s responsibilities.
- (25%) Policy Review: Student Service Representatives will stay abreast with policy changes as indicated in the knowledge base. In a rapidly changing environment, it is crucial for them to remain up to date on standard procedures. Employees will be regularly evaluated on performance and how well they follow policies and procedures
- (25%) Administration: Student Service Representatives will participate in special projects and various administrative duties.
- Percentages might change based on academic calendar or team assignment
Required Education:
Current CES Student at one of the following institutions
- Ensign College
- BYU-Pathway Worldwide
- BYU
- BYU-Idaho
- BYU-Hawaii (Living in Utah or Idaho)
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent or current enrollment in PathwayConnect
- Students on an F-1 or J-1 visa must currently be enrolled at Ensign College
