The successful candidate will focus on financial risk and controls processes, ensuring the alignment and implementation of business process controls within our Oracle-based system.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk and Controls Alignment and Governance: Align business process (L4) risks and business process controls (Oracle-based) to in-scope business processes and requirements in preparation for design, build, and test phases. Deploy business controls management requirements and governance structures. Develop and enforce governance policies and procedures to manage financial risk and controls.
- Oracle FRC Deployment and ITGC Updates: Oversee the deployment of Oracle Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC) to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards. Perform internal control design and update test procedures for IT General Controls (ITGC).
- Manual Controls Implementation and Issue Resolution: Implement manual business process controls, including defining business, functional, and technical requirements, detailed design, testing, and deployment. Identify and resolve issues related to financial risk and controls, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Collaboration, and Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on controls processes. Maintain comprehensive documentation of controls processes, changes, and governance structures.
- Training and Continuous Improvement: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on financial risk and controls processes. Identify opportunities for improving controls processes and implement best practices.
- Ensuring that business process risks and controls are effectively aligned with Oracle-based controls in preparation for the design, build, and test phases.
- Developing and enforcing robust governance structures and compliance policies to manage financial risks and controls.
- Managing the complex stakeholder landscape while ensuring alignment on financial risk and controls processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in financial risk management, controls, or a related role, preferably in a large-scale ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of financial risk and controls principles, including IT General Controls (ITGC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Oracle Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC) and other ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Risk Management or related fields.
- Experience with Oracle-based systems.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks and best practices.
