Job Description
This position helps make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way, supporting the mission of the Church.
This position exists to ensure all necessary parts and supplies are ready for the production operators and operations
Help with the directing of the team. Support plant-wide goals in any and all production areas.
Train new operators in production operations.
Ensure quality at all levels in the Department
Help with the work flow, and move the work to and from processes and prepare for the next process department
The customers of this position are the department Operators and all supported departments, both domestic and international
The customers can expect to have their supplies ready when needed, complete and without flaws
Responsibilities
65% Removing product and matches product with the tickets, bags and any other items needed. Quality check for accuracy in the count and correct product
20% Assisting with implementing new products and processes
15% Backing up all areas in the department

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good Math skills
- Self-Motivated
- Dependable
- Basic Computer Skills
- Prefer one-two years experience in fast-pace production environment.
- Operate machinery, able to learn job-specific equipment
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
- Ability to prioritize
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and perform fast, repetitive movements for a minimum of 8 hours per day
- Must be able to physically lift/move/push/pull items up to 50lbs alone or occasionally lift up to 100lbs with two people
- Stand and move throughout the shift
- The nature of this work is physically demanding an fast-paced
- Able to work overtime, if needed, based on production needs
