What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Lead Representative - Remote position at The Cigna Group?
As a Customer Service Lead Representative, you will be responsible for researching complex, social media customer service issues and collaborating with other internal teams to resolve patient concerns and prevent further abrasion. You may also serve as primary contact and liaison between one or more customers.
What you’ll need:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, Pharmacy, or PBM
- Knowledge of Accredo operations and systems - Preferred
- Experience engaging various partners to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Apply critical thinking, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Resourcefulness and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle challenging customer escalations in a professional manner
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues
- Strong attention-to-detail and organization skills
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to respond in a clear, concise manner
- Open to periodic travel, as the business needs dictate
