The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Customer Care Center is currently seeking an account manager to act as a contact for policyholders being serviced by the Cincinnati Customer Care Center on behalf of our independent agents.
Salary: The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be Ready To
- respond to customers’ requests in a timely and professional manner
- underwrite and price policies, including direct correspondence with policyholders
- assist with training new associates as needed
- use technology to analyze reports regarding activity level and profitability
- maintain overall quality and efficiency of work performed on the team
- experience with underwriting and/or risk selection within a carrier or agency management liability experience required
- valid Insurance Agent P&C License
- analyze situations and make decisions
- clearly explain complex insurance issues with little to no insurance knowledge
- learn coverage forms, company products and procedures
- work autonomously with attention to detail
- use various software and operating systems
- collaborate with others to get results, including being flexible and open to change
