City Hall Senior Administrative Specialist position.
The City of Big Lake is seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual that
will be responsible for handling various accounting task and providing
exceptional front office support. This position ensures the smooth
operation of financial transactions, customer service interactions, and
administrative tasks to support the citys financial integrity and public
service excellence. The position is required to work the City Hall core
hours of Monday Thursday 7 : 30 am until 5 : 00 pm and Friday 7 : 30
am until 11 : 30 am. This position will report to the Finance Director.
Qualifications :
Associates / Technical degree with coursework in accounting or related
field and / or considerable experience.
Ability to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and
teambuilding skills.
