What You'll Do:
- Ensure safety: Monitor pool activities, prevent accidents, and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Provide excellent customer service: Engage with patrons, foster a welcoming environment, and enforce facility rules.
- Maintain cleanliness: Keep the pool area clean and tidy.
- Participate in training: Conduct safety drills and attend regular training sessions to stay up to date on lifesaving techniques.
Benefits:
- Competitive pay: Starting at $13.00 per hour with earnings up to $18.00 per hour with experience. Employees may also be eligible for annual pay increases.

Requirements:
- Strong swimming skills: Must be able to pass a swim test and obtain Lifeguard Certification.

- Physical fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
