Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to provide administrative and organizational support to Lucy's Hearth. This role will involve managing projects, providing exceptional communication skills, and working effectively with individuals and families affected by homelessness and trauma exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community leaders and staff members
- Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict management and negotiation
- Organize self and others, work independently, and take initiative to achieve goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; related education, clinical credentials, or years of experience considered
- Strong project management skills required
- Experience working with vulnerable populations a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs and possess a valid driver's license
