What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNSNext Customer Accounts Specialist I position at The City of Thomasville?
This position coordinates billing functions for all CNSNext member cities. This position will perform a variety of tasks including issuing invoices, maintaining accounts, and updating financial questions. This position will also handle any inquiries regarding CNSNext customer billing.
The employee in this position receives supervision from the CNSNext Customer Accounts Team Leader.
Prepare CNSNext accounts for billing CNSNext services.
Checks and investigates CNSNext accounts for any errors that may be on special reports prior to billing.
Ensures that all final bill orders are received, verified, sorted, and worked.
Handles and investigates the various CNSNext orders as they relate to CNSNext services.
Receives billing complaints from CNSNext customers, investigates, and resolves these billing problems.
Maintains monthly checks and balances with CNSNext accounts to ensure accurate and timely billing of all CNSNext services.
Communicates with various departments related to customer account questions or concerns.
Ability to operate computers, calculators, and various office equipment.
Verifies, prepares, and will process various adjustments to CNSNext accounts when necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
