The Civi Group is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of large construction projects (ranging from $5M-$20M ) around Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Martha's Vineyard. Project types include residential, commercial, healthcare, and academic builds.
Our client, one of the largest General Contractors on Cape Cod, has a robust project pipeline extending into 2026, with over 80% of work sourced from repeat clients.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
- Help in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to project objectives.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and help identify issues and propose solutions to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure that safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes are adhered to on-site.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
