What You'll Do:
- Coordinate Pre-Employment Processes: From offer acceptance to onboarding, you'll ensure a smooth transition for candidates by managing offer letters, background checks, and seamless onboarding experience. Your attention to detail will guarantee that every step is completed efficiently.
- Manage Talent Acquisition Data: You'll be the gatekeeper of our talent acquisition data, maintaining accuracy and providing timely reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Your insights will drive our recruiting strategy forward.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: As the main point of contact for recruiting inquiries, you'll deliver a high-level customer experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. Your professionalism and communication skills will leave a lasting impression.
- Ensure Compliance: You'll maintain compliance with all pre-employment requirements and accurately enter data into our HCM system, ensuring that our hiring practices are legally compliant and nondiscriminatory.
- Source, Evaluate, and Present: You'll be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, sourcing and evaluating qualified candidates to present to our hiring managers. Your keen eye for talent will ensure we bring the right people on board.
- Enhance the Candidate Experience: We believe in treating every candidate with respect and dignity. You'll be the face of Claiborne Senior Living throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and personalized interactions to ensure every candidate feels valued.
- Maintain Open Communication: Collaboration is key to our success. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their expectations, recommend process enhancements, and discuss current openings.
- Utilize Data Analysis: We're all about continuous improvement. You'll maintain accurate records of candidate information and hiring trends, using data analysis to identify areas for enhancement and optimize our recruiting efforts.
- Good Will Checks: You’ll follow new hires with check in’s for the first 90 days of employment. Incentive paid for successful first 90 days.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: You'll have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with recruiting tools and internet job boards are a must.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: You'll need excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and provide exceptional candidate experiences.
- Adaptability and being Highly Organized: Our environment is fast-paced, and priorities can shift quickly.
- Legal Compliance: Familiarity with employment laws ensures our hiring practices are nondiscriminatory and legally compliant.
