Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly assistance to customers and offer customized instructions on using machines as needed
* Troubleshoot machine issues and report them to the technical team
* Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed
* Operate the POS system efficiently
* Maintain a clean and organized environment
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication skills
* Problem-solving skills with patience
* Friendly and passionate about helping others
* Eager to learn new things
* Basic technical knowledge and machine maintenance skills are a plus
* Ability to work flexible hours is a plus
