What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at The Clean-Up Company, LLC?
Office administrator / executive assistant needed for small contracting company.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Various administrative office work as directed
Assist with building permits
Maintain marketing accounts, run marketing campaign
Assist with job estimates
Assist with book keeping
Implementing organizational tools and systems
Errands as needed
Managing schedules
Compliance and various license renewal
Assist with invoicing
Special Projects as needed
Assist with ordering materials
Required experience and knowledge:
- Experience with submitting building permits
- Experience working with small entrepreneurial company
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proven excellence as an office assistant, office administrator or in another relevant position
- Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
- Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
