This role involves engaging with clients, door knocking conducting product demonstrations, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. Duties

• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
• Door knocking and other sales strategies.
• Engage in direct sales activities to promote our products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
• Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Travel within Maryland.

Experience

• Proven experience in roofing sales.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and technical sales concepts is preferred.
• Strong skills in engaging customers effectively.
• Experience with upselling techniques and understanding of market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
