We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies and exceptional customer engagement. This role requires a blend of inside and outside sales skills, along with the ability to conduct product demonstrations and manage client relationships. Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and increase market share.
• Engage in direct sales activities, including cold calling potential clients to introduce our products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, tailoring presentations to meet client needs.
• Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that support lead generation efforts.
• Track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in business development and lead generation.
• Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus.
• Experience in both inside and outside sales roles is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.

Requirements

• Carry and climb a ladder
• Comfortable with heights (15-30ft elevations)
• Have a vehicle that can transport a ladder (Ideally SUV or Truck)
• Have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability and strong desire to Canvas and self generate leads
• Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years, primarily in-person sales

• Secondary Service Areas: Montgomery, Baltimore & surrounding Virginia counties
