Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong sales acumen. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. The Car Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to generate leads.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in understanding financing options and pricing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the automotive market and dealership inventory.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales targets.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the automotive industry or retail environment.
  • Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging with a broader customer base.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust.
  • Familiarity with retail math concepts related to vehicle pricing and financing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license is required for test drives and customer interactions.

Pay: $67,121.00 - $77,601.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
