Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Columbus, OH. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store staff, and maintaining inventory. Responsibilities include optimizing sales, ensuring store compliance with safety and loss prevention protocols, and developing strategies to drive store performance. The Store Manager will also handle customer concerns, ensure a high level of service, and maintain store appearance.
