POSITION SUMMARY
Design, implement and maintain processes and procedures necessary to meet or exceed company standards for inventory accuracy and material flow requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Supervise inventory management staff.
- Manage Physical Inventory activities.
- Implement and maintain cycle count processes.
- Maintain reports to track inventory accuracy, variance causes, corrections performed and any other pertinent information.
- Ensure audits are performed on all transactions that affect inventory accuracy.
- Ensure that cycle count processes are sufficient to meet and inclusive of inventory management needs.
- Train employees in inventory management functions.
- Provide input to management to improve inventory accuracy.
- Complete any other assigned duties.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Skills & Abilities
Education: bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Inventory Control Data entry or equivalent work experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite required. Prior expense with AS400 based ERP system preferred.
Certificates & Licenses: CPIM or equivalent certifications preferred.
