We are seeking a Senior Innovation Leader to join our Glad R&D team at The Clorox Company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the innovation process and driving consumer obsession across our products.
About the Role
In this critical role, you will:
- Develop a global innovation pipeline that drives business growth and meets consumer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and drive the development of new products and services.
- Lead the Modernized Discovery process and ensure that all stakeholders are equipped with the necessary tools and expertise to drive innovation.
- Work closely with our BU R&D Lead to develop and execute the product development strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the R&D team, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other external partners to drive scale-up and innovation initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and quality in product development.
We offer a competitive salary range: $136,200 - $273,700, depending on your location and experience. You will also be eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
