Your role at Clorox:
The Shopper Experience Associate Manager supports delivery of brand building and omni integration and execution across the Dollar channel. This position is responsible for creating demand in-store by developing marketing strategies and programs that will influence shopper behavior and stimulate Category/store demand. This opportunity will be responsible for all Clorox brands across the Dollar channel.
In this role, you will:
Lead shopper marketing initiatives, including planning, executing and reporting on omnichannel marketing tactics and building digital content
This role is preferred to hire within a Clorox Hub area of Oakland, CA or Bentonville, AK. Open to qualified candidates within Hub locations with the understanding of abiding by Hybrid 2.0 Return to Office Policy, 3x per week in office. Open to qualified remote applicants.

–Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300
–Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600

In this role, you will:
Lead shopper marketing initiatives, including planning, executing and reporting on omnichannel marketing tactics and building digital content
- Partner with Business Unit Studio teams to develop branded campaigns at Dollar Channel that drive Business Unit objective and goals as well as customer team goals
- Develop marketing strategies and programs based on consumer insights that influence shopper behavior
- Work cross-functionally between Customer (external), Sales team, including Shopper Insights & CAS, Business Unit and Agency teams
- Support Connected Customer Planning preparation for Dollar General
- Own shopper marketing budgets for Dollar General and Family Dollar
- 1 - 3 years CPG Marketing
- :25% Travel
- BS/BA Degree, MBA preferred
- Knowledgeable in Omni channel marketing including marketing planning & strategy, consumer and shopper insights, budget ownership, financial analysis
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, cross-functional knowledge/Influence and problem-solving skills
