This leader is responsible for driving transformational change across the manufacturing function, ensuring successful implementation of TRACC through Stage 3 and achieving plant CI objectives. The goal is to strengthen the plant's E2E expertise in operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead TRACC implementation through Stage 3, aligning strategy with business objectives, customer needs, process integration, team ownership, adherence to tiered problem-solving methodology, data integrity, and risk management.
- Pilot leadership activities at the sites to model best practices.
- Develop and execute implementation plans and stage progression.
- Establish Implementation Task Forces (ITFs) across the site to drive process improvements.
- Drive Process Improvement Projects (PIPs) to eliminate losses and optimize processes.
- Review and refine process improvements, providing recommendations for driving results.
- Develop a comprehensive site improvement strategy.
- Provide coaching and implementation support for Reliability Engineering and Constraint Management.
- Standardize training and documentation as the owner of key processes.
- Analyze and address issues based on root cause analysis of deviations in key performance indicators.
