This role is essential in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing merchandise receiving, accounts payable, phone communications, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise Receiving & Inventory Support:
    • Receive and check in new merchandise, ensuring accuracy with packing slips and purchase orders.
    • Organize and tag inventory for efficient store operations.
    • Communicate with vendors regarding any discrepancies or damages.
  • Accounts Payable & Administrative Tasks:
    • Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
    • Maintain financial records and assist with bookkeeping as needed.
    • Work closely with vendors and management to reconcile accounts.
  • Customer Service & Phone Support:
    • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently.
    • Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
    • Support sales associates and management with customer-related needs.
  • General Office Management:
    • Maintain an organized and professional office environment.
    • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to support store operations.
    • Ensure communication between departments runs smoothly.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office management, retail operations, or bookkeeping preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and retail POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
