Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the development and execution of various projects at The Club at Bella Collina. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and coordinating all trades required in executing a project, including electric, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, masonry, and carpentry, while also ensuring that every project aligns with our brand's vision of excellence and sophistication. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive leader with exceptional communication and management skills, capable of overseeing all aspects of project planning and delivery while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Strategy:
o Lead and manage club-related projects from initiation through completion, including renovations, events, technology upgrades, and new service offerings.
o Work closely with the President and General Manager to define project goals, timelines, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with the club’s luxury standards.
o Develop detailed project plans, ensuring all objectives, deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
Coordination & Execution:
o Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff, contractors, vendors, and third-party suppliers, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration.
o Oversee the implementation of club projects, ensuring all tasks are completed according to plan, within budget, and on schedule.
o Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work, communication, and attention to detail.
Budget & Resource Management:
o Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring proper allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
o Identify and mitigate potential risks or obstacles to project success, adjusting plans and resources as necessary to ensure smooth execution.
Quality Control & Standards:
o Monitor the execution of projects to ensure that the club’s high standards of quality, service, and brand identity are upheld at every stage.
o Conduct regular quality checks and project reviews, adjusting processes and protocols as needed to ensure consistency with the club’s luxury image.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
o Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, ensuring management is kept informed of progress and any issues that arise.
o Provide regular project updates and reports to management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution:
o Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of a project, ensuring minimal disruption to the club’s operations.
o Implement contingency plans as necessary to overcome challenges and ensure project success.
Qualifications:
Optional: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Construction management or a related field.
Preferred: PMP Certification Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a luxury hospitality, club, or high-end service environment.
Proven experience managing complex, high-budget projects from initiation through to completion.
Strong understanding of high-end hospitality operations and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management
