Job Summary: As a Banquet Bartender at Holliday Farms, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional beverage service during private events and banquets. Your main responsibility will be to skillfully prepare and serve a variety of beverages to club members and guests, ensuring they have a delightful and memorable experience. Your expertise in mixology and your ability to engage with guests will contribute to the success of these special occasions.
Job Tasks/Duties:
Set up the bar station and prepare for the event, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
Greet and welcome event attendees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Take beverage orders and suggest appropriate drink options based on guests' preferences and the event theme.
Skillfully mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to Holliday Farms' high standards of quality.
Ensure the responsible service of alcohol, complying with local and state laws and the club's policies.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, following standard operating procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event.
Continuously monitor beverage levels and restock as needed to meet guest demand.
Work closely with the banquet staff and kitchen to ensure timely delivery of beverages and smooth service.
Interact with guests in a courteous and engaging manner, responding to their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of the bar area before and after events.
Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Handle any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from the supervisor if necessary.
Collaborate with the event team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the beverage menu and the ability to recommend pairings with the banquet's cuisine.

Licenses and Special Requirements:

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
