Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Instructor to guide our instructor team and deliver world-class reformer classes. This role is ideal for someone with a deep passion for Pilates, a strong background in reformer instruction, value on low-impact resistance training, and the ability to mentor and develop other instructors to maintain our studio’s high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Teach dynamic, results-driven classes tailored for all levels of clients.
- Ensure every class delivers a personalized experience.
- Assist in hiring and on boarding new instructors.
- Train and mentor instructors to maintain our high standard of instruction.
- Assist in developing class programming and instructor training sessions.
- Oversee class scheduling to optimize the client experience.
- Maintain the studio’s expectation of service, professionalism, and cleanliness.
- Engage in community events to be a representative of our studio and brand
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified Pilates Instructor with a strong background in reformer Pilates. (additional training will be provided)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching in a high-end or boutique studio.
- Experience mentoring or training other instructors.
- Ability to create a luxury client experience through movement, cueing, and energy.
- Passion for wellness, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills.
- A love for the community we are cultivating, as well as engaging with clients so they feel welcomed and cared for during their time at the studio.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental Pay:

Experience:
- Group fitness: 2 years (Required)
- Pilates Reformer: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Required)
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Required)
