Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility is to initiate contact with business owners and decision-makers and offer them a free SEO audit. Your goal is to qualify their interest and set appointments for our SEO specialists to present valuable insights that help them grow online. You’re not closing the deal — you’re the first step in helping businesses win.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to local and national business owners
- Offer a free, no-obligation SEO audit to showcase how we can improve their online presence
- Qualify leads using key criteria (budget, need, urgency, etc.)
- Set high-quality appointments for our SEO team
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and reporting
- Hit daily and weekly targets for outreach and appointments
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator — comfortable on the phone and in person
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Excellent work ethic and consistency
- Organized and detail-driven with solid follow-up habits
- Prior experience in sales or appointment setting is a plus, but not required
- Interest in digital marketing and SEO is helpful — we’ll teach you the rest

This is a full-time, in-person position at our Pleasant Grove, Utah office.
