We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Fiber Optic Sales Representative that loves to travel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers in their homes, informing customers about Fiber internet, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, customer service, strong work ethic, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
Duties
- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote out Fiber Optic internet.
- Build rapport with potential customers by providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar software.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of products to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices for success.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English (Spanish optional)
- Proven experience in technical sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
- Ability to engage customers through door to door communication.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for tracking sales activities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
