As Director, Creative Excellence you will lead creative strategy and execution on communications with a focus on high quality, integrated communication campaigns that scale. What You’ll Do For Us
Team Leadership
- Provide inspirational leadership by mentoring and developing a team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Drive creative team leadership and upskill creative talent to ensure continued growth and development within the team, leveraging technology to improve our services.
- Partner with Senior Director, Creative Studios to inform capability roadmaps and vendor rosters, ensuring we remain at the forefront of creative execution.
- Partner with agency leadership to implement a rapid test and learn environment, quickly iterating and optimizing creative concepts using technology to improve creative execution and performance.
- Create an environment that encourages, captures, and incorporates feedback to refine and improve creative executions.
- Partner with the Senior Director, Communications Operations to foster a community of practice with the PACS community to capture feedback and increase adoption of work globally.
- Partner with Director, Agency Operations to ensure effective use of agency resources and capacity, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Partner with Senior Manager, Client Service to enable client experiences that exceed expectations.
- Drive creative quality and excellence by leading the development and execution of high-impact creative strategies that align with the company’s communication vision and business objectives.
- Utilize strategic vision to guide the creative direction and ensure cohesive and impactful campaign integration across all channels.
- Develop a structure for elevated creative standards, ensuring adherence to brand and communication guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Employ data-driven storytelling to create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive corporate reputation.
- Design creative executions based on clear messaging hierarchies that effectively communicate the company’s values, while providing guidelines for scalability and local adaptation.
- Implement modular design approaches to enable scalability and adaptability of creative assets across various platforms.
- Leverage technology, including AI, to enhance creative adaptations, scale work efficiently, and increase overall agency capacity for high-quality deliverables.
- Generate and apply actionable insights from market trends and consumer data to refine creative strategies and optimize campaign performance working with MPS services.
- Codify best practices that can be easily scaled through technology to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality creative standards cross the PACS community.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging client needs to provide proactive solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in Creative lead role with experience in communications, public affairs, or sustainability initiatives preferred.
- Prior agency experience is required.
- Proven track record of leading successful creative teams, managing senior stakeholders and collaborating with technology teams to deliver client expectations.
- Strong understanding of brand development, communication strategies, and client engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence in a matrixed organization with commitment to client satisfaction and proven ability to gain client trust.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships working with senior stakeholders.
- Solid project management skills with a track record of delivering project milestones on time.
- Well organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute creatively, with a keen eye for detail.
