Window Field Service Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to remodeling, fixture installation, and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance person services, carpentry, and the ability to read blueprints effectively. This position requires a hands-on approach and the capability to work independently while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling tasks including fixture installation and assembly of various components.
• Execute trim carpentry projects to enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial spaces.
• Conduct drywall installation and repair, ensuring a smooth finish that meets industry standards.
• Apply caulking for sealing gaps and joints in various structures to prevent water damage and improve insulation.
• Install glass fixtures with precision, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects according to specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns on-site.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety and efficiency during operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in remodeling, fixture installation, or related maintenance person services.
• Strong skills in trim carpentry, drywall work, caulking, and glass installation.
• Ability to read paperwork accurately and follow detailed instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as required by the job. Must be able to lift up to 150lbs.
• Not afraid of heights ( ladder work and scaffolding work)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 100 per week
