Brew Crew Opportunity
Our Americas Brew Crew is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to develop an integrated communications campaign for marketing windows, working closely with Director of Calendar Management & Product Innovation as well as Senior Loyalty Marketing Manager. You will create, execute, and manage non-loyalty digital campaigns including but not limited to paid digital media, organic social media and PR. You will be responsible for leading agency partners including social media agency, media buying agency, and PR agency as well as analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition and retention channels for revenue growth. This role will report to the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead communications planning and execution for marketing windows to ensure brand consistency across all consumer facing communications channels.
- Own marketing communications calendar including developing it as well as leading bi-weekly marketing calendar communications meetings.
- Lead paid media acquisition and retention campaigns across various channels including organic social, paid media and PR to drive revenue and increase ROI by working closely with external agencies, marketing team and CBTL and JFC global teams.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
- Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics.
- Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
- Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.
- Work with CBTL Americas and Global marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.
- Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels
Your Ingredients
- 5 years of previous work experience in marketing roles managing strategy and execution on consumer-facing communications channels
- In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Meta and Google platforms
- Deep understanding of data and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders
- Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized
- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
- Skilled in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, SEM & SEO, Paid Digital Media Management, Competitive Analysis, Display Advertising, and Marketing Automation
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Critical thinker and creative
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Restaurant/retail experience preferred but not required

This is a hybrid position: Monday-Wednesday in our Los Angeles office and Thursday and Friday remote.
