Demonstrating the ability to meet and deal with the public, the ability to read, understand and apply printed rules, detailed orders, instructions, and training materials; the ability to maintain poise and self-control under stress; the ability to construct and write clear, concise, accurate and detailed reports, credited toward meeting these requirements.
The General Clerk II will answer inquiries and provide information to the public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices and employees within the organization. Greet / log visitors and employees and call for building escort. Provide general administrative office support to include data entry, filing, record keeping and utilizing office machinery and other general office duties as assigned.
