Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms. We are creating cohousing communities, for neurodivergent and non-neurodivergent folks, all over North America to help combat the loneliness epidemic. This movement will be life saving if we can get the right person to promote it!
Responsibilities
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community growth
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging content
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements
- Proficiency in using social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Excellent content creation and proofreading abilities
- Familiarity with video editing tools
- Knowledge of public relations and relationship management techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
