Position Purpose :

Under limited supervision, is responsible for communicating with a consignor via email or phone, to gather all necessary information to complete a vehicle listing for an online auction. Assures the accuracy of data and filing system for consignment transactions. Performs all tasks required to assist in completing a consignment listing with the consignor.

Key Areas of Responsibility :

• Assist consignment specialists and consignor, to gather the necessary information to complete a listing
• Processes follow-ups and confirmations
• Maintains file integrity and confidentiality by adhering to department and system policies and procedures
• Adheres to performance and productivity standards established by manager
• Initiates communications and follow-ups with customers
